End-of-Life Policy
End of Product Lifecycle: Overview
Products reach the end of their lifecycle for a number of reasons that may include market demands, technology innovation and development that drives product changes, and/or products become outdated and are replaced with updated functionality. This is a normal part of a product’s lifecycle, and Truckstop.com recognizes that these milestones lead to the review of the way in which end-of-sale and end-of-life milestones impact the products in our network. This End-of-Life Policy is to help Truckstop.com’s customers better manage any end-of-life transition they may experience and to understand the role we can play to help them migrate to alternative Truckstop.com platforms and technology.
This policy applies to end-of-life and end-of-sale announcements for Truckstop.com product lines made via standard communication channels on or after June 4, 2019. The policy does not apply to product that is already subject to an end-of-life and/or end-of-sale announcement.
